If the cops dont get charged then...

The initial report is due to the State's Attorney Friday.

A full investigation will take a few more weeks.

Neither the police or Mosby have an obligation to release the report to the public on Friday, but my guess is that she will. Still doesn't necessarily mean that they'll announce charges at that point though.

Well I'm not going to layout a plan here...but kids shouldn't really be leading such efforts. In a perfect world black cops and black military lead the situation (yes, put loyalty to blacks & say fucck the gov)...so plan B of adults would have to do and they need to have certain resources & I'm not talking gangs or any general knuckle heads.
