Plus when you add the delivery (which is 50% of Rapping since rapping is about being heard and not read) then NOBODY is coming even close to 2Pac...

'Pac doesn't get enough recognition for using multiple rhymes in bars, iambic pentameter, flow, rapping technique, etc that other rappers get dues for.
Paper boy was more lyrical than pac.
