My barber charged $20 before COVID. This nikka up to $50 now.



Only positive is idk if it's the prices, but this nikka never have a line no more. I walk in and get a cut every time.

Started cutting my own hair around a year ago. Fukk these barbers mane. Nikka talking bout "everything ain't for everybody" nikka it's a haircut not a fukkin Maybach or courtside at the knicks game.

My clippers have already paid for themselves multiple times over and I'm just getting better the more I do it. It may not be perfect every time but it's also free atp and I can do it as often as I'd like to. With no wait or appointment and hop straight in the shower afterwards.

I never understood tipping barbers either especially if it's their shop. They're not restaurant servers. If it's your shop you're only beholden to your OWN prices.The fukk am I tipping you for?

Dudes should own a set of high quality clippers and trimmers.

At the very least to be able to give themselves shapeups or to extend a professional haircut for a few days.

Even if dudes never advance past this, its worth it.

As you said, the tools pay for themselves after a few uses. More important, saving time and having the option are the real payoffs.

Took him for a line up/trim.

Paid the barber the line up/trim fee $25

My son was in his chair for less than 5 minutes.

shyt went so quick a was almost bothered by the fact i had to pay $25. I’m like damn that’s a fukkin hustle, that was the quickest $25 i’ve ever spent.

In the car on the way home i was kinda laughing to my son about it….in the middle of the convo my barber hits me like…

“yo meach…my bad bruh, but since i touched up the sides, i gotta charge you the full haircut fee”

nikka WHAT!!!! I had to pay this dude $45 for 5 minutes in the fukkin chair

Needless to say, i’ve been trimming my sons hair since then.

I'ma start letting my wife cut my hair soon...I've been having her watch YT videos and she already cuts and styles our girls hair anyway.

My Wife cuts my hair when I’m home. When I’m at work, it’s $11 on base for a cut and you don’t have to tip.
