I honestly think this is what really burns Barkley's soul.

He sees Bron , KD etc. take control of their own destiny and win. The time he tried to it failed :mjlol:
:mjlol: Yall really think Chuck is out here pressed about what didn't go right in his playing career? Dude makes jokes about it himself and allows the guys in studio to relentlessly clown him for it and doesn't give a fukk. Chuck has questionable :mjpls: views on the game of basketball and life, but dude strikes me as the last person who's bitter about anything in his career. He always talks about how blessed he was to "play a stupid game" and is generally very grateful and positive about everything he's accomplished.

I don't agree at all with what he said, but don't see the ulterior motive here :yeshrug:

MJ and Kobe had excellent front offices for most of their careers.

If Bron had quality teammates during his first Cleveland stint, then he wouldn't have hopped to Miami.

Cleveland couldn't just tank to get a high pick because Bron was too good of a player, and the East was weak at the time, so they'd perpetually be competing for ECFs berths with sub-par talent. Front offices that are truly competent don't need a high draft pick in order to get talent on the roster.

excellent front offices :mjlol: Kobe never got any say in any decisions and we rejected Jason Kidd and Carmelo trades :mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

MJ had to deal with bytch ass execs too, never got to control shyt the way Bron does

Jordan > Kobe > Lebron

So Lebron can’t be GOAT

And I never saw Jordan or Kobe quit on their teammates in the middle of a game,
flop, make excuses for losing, act like a drama queen

Facts. They falsified a narrative he quit against the Suns but it was really Phil who forced Kobe’s hand.

as much as Phil criticized Kobe in his career he never claimed Kobe quit against the Suns. Cuz he knows thats not what happened.

Yeah Bron had easy rings with other all time greats like Kevin Love and JR Smith

Not like the other two carrying bums like Shaq Pippen and Rodman to a ship :troll::mjtf:

WHY WOULD U CITE JR SMITH ON A TEAM WIT KYRIE IRVING?

THIS IS WHY NO ONE RESPECTS LEBRON GROUPIES

Spurs’ Popovich: ‘There was really no defense’ for Lakers’ Kobe Bryant in his prime – Orange County Register

From 2016..

If you weren’t careful you stopped coaching and you just start watching because they’re so incredible.”

Bryant’s Lakers beat the Spurs both times they matched up in the Western Conference Finals, in 2001 and 2008, and on Friday Popovich described the terror that was preparing his defense for Bryant.

“No matter what you did defensively,” Popovich said, “he still could rise up over you and get off a relatively uncontested shot with balance. That would scare you, because there was really no defense for it.”

Popovich added: “He did that against many people, including us, many times.”

Bryant and Popovich were together last weekend in Toronto for All-Star Weekend, with Bryant making his final appearance and Popovich coaching the West All-Stars.

At previous All-Star Games, the two would sit and talk, sharing industry secrets and dissecting hoops. Last week, Popovich said, was just fun.

The moment that stood out to him from the Toronto festivities, he said, came during an open practice on Saturday, when a video tribute to Bryant began to play, and everyone on the floor stopped what they were doing to watch.

“For some of the young All-Stars,” Popovich said, “some of the stuff they had never seen before, probably. When he was young. So there were ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ and that was a pretty cool moment.”
