Best Running Back i've ever seen hands down and its not close. I never cared for American football until i saw Barry Sanders play.


But sometimes I cant help but wonder if like Ricky Williams minus weed could have been better than Barry. Where Barry was far more explosive, Ricky brought more of a power game to the table along with the speed.

emmitt's line wouldnt do shyt for barry but get in the way n stop his loss of down avg..

the lions line if u look at the ops' vid..did their job...when he ran the play that was drawn..he broke for huge gains..

most of the time...barry didnt run the drawn plays..he start off runnin the drawn play but ended up usin his vision n doin wha he wanted to...

but he fukked reggie white ass raw at 5:25

Everytime he touched the ball it had to the opportunity to be one of the best plays you'd ever seen. Best runningback of my generation for sure.

That one run he had against the Bills on Orchard Park was my favorite carry of his of all time. There will never be another back like him

Nah b, a line like emmit had would've got him to open field instead of scrambling for his life in the backfield every other play and if you've seen Barry Sanders play then you know he does in open field. Defensive players used to fear having to try and make that open field tackle on Barry. You see what it did to rod woodson.

As a Cowboy fan for life but with some maturity to me i can finally say that Barry Sanders was a better back than Emmitt. But u just knew in a big game that Emmitt was gonna play his ass off. Couldn't always say the same about Sanders. As far as the lines go i've said it once i'll say it again. The Boys got maybe one HOF player on that line and several Pro Bowlers. While Barry's line wasn't as good he did have at least Pro Bowl lineman on it.
