I don't think he needs to be perma-banned but he does need to be banned. Dude is European and probably wasn't aware the historical context of the word....hell most "black" people on this site aren't even aware. None the less he needs to banned and a banner needs to be made for him and for people who get caught pretending.

Which is why I suggested along with a neg train that puts him in -5,000, he gets a banner marking him as a racist. Banning people left and right isn't as effective as having a living breathing example walking among us as a warning to everyone else.

What's "The Coli Policy" anyway? I'm confused as to why certain words seem to be banned but can be spelled differently and it's perfectly fine. Why not just let people out right say the word in that case then?
