When I stop the travel life, I'll probably do some mentoring back in the A. My wife does some now, but with my schedule/job, I don't get much free time except to spend with them when not travelling. I do look out for many of my younger cousins and family/friends back home and try to get their foot in the doors and shyt with recommendations and shyt (worked in many instances too when cacs see high level references).
Try to intern or co-op if you can....even if for free. Companies like diversity and want to show that they have black/brown people in good positions so take advantage of it because they certainly are doing that for you. The looks I've gotten so far have been on some leon smiley shyt.
