Yeah he's stoppable Memphis did a great job until Tony allen pulled his hamstring

u need a defender like allen and leonard

peeps be forgetting i swear :snoop:

curry may still score on u but u can slow him down and make it harder for him to work for his points same as lebron
elite defenders can do that

This should have been the WCF :mjcry:

wont have matter if splitter and parker still hurt they get in our asses to an extent granted we did beat em without splitter last game but i dont go by reg season games often they are misleading a lot of times

we were their only threat but we lost in 1st round it is what it is
they doing their damn thing aint even mad
i fukks with curry since college

I'm curious tho what cleveland would do tho against them :lupe:

bron gonna be like :damn: how many finals i gotta to and have to be dealing with damn west teams on these levels :mjcry:

A big guard on him and mixing up the defenses from play to play. I would trap every 4th play or something. Hedge on every other play. Go under every 8th play. Whatever u need. to do.

I have never understood why NBA defenses play an elite player the same way on back to back possessions. If they know a trap is coming, they will be on the lookout for the open player rather than aggressive with the dribble. If they know u are going under a screen they will look for the jumpshot. Why not make them think about what the correct play is in the middle of the play? That will slow down the ball movement so that defenses can help and recover.

Containable but not stoppable.

One thing I notice is no PG's in the playoffs really attacked him OFFENSIVELY and made him work defensively. Make em expand energy

Danny Green and Leonard guard him and Thompson very good due to their length and strength. Granted they still get theirs but ive seen em contained against SA

Yeah if Kyrie is healthy enough to go at him he could give GS and Curry some SERIOUS issues.

You only stand a chance if you face guard him off the ball (like don't even worry about help or rebounds lol) and double and trap him when he has the ball. You have to expend tremendous amounts of energy and focus like crazy.

Basically let the other players beat you.

Naw i ain't talkin goon tactics...although i do think Houston will resort to that in this last game cuz they ain't got nothing to lose. I just mean all these teams should have been peppering him with hard fouls throughout these games. He's having it to easy out there, barely getting touched. You gotta knock that lil nikka around, and knock him on his ass.
That wont work. He flops after shooting every 3 so best believe that if he misses a lot, the refs will call a foul. An athletic defender that can stay with him and also run through the illegal GS screens will have a good chance.
Tbh, the 2 teams (Clippers and Spurs) that would have brought down GS happened to be on the same side of the playoff grid and both lost. I think that Shumpert will more than reduce Curry's productivity with Lebron closing him down in the 4th. The rest of the GS players aint shyt tbh. They live through the threat of Curry making his circus 3s

I think the Spurs would have gotten ran off the court after a few games...like what happened to the Grizz. Kawhi can't guard everybody. Clippers would have gotten washed too because of their lack of depth.

Never said he did, basketball is a team defense concept not one on one. Having Tony allen allowed Memphis to double or show on curry up top and hope ta could cover klay mostly by himself except at rim. Right now curry being guarded by one of the worest defenders in the league on a island (jason terry)
someone gets it

i would liked to have seen that Houston pg that guard that got hurt play in this series....bulls D is serious
