A baseball bat to the knees makes anyone stoppable .

From what I've the seen, the best way to stop Curry is to hope he has an off night shooting the ball. If the shot is falling -- and it rarely isn't -- it's curtains for the opposition.

he's not stoppable but he's beatable.

in the 90's the jordan rules were simple. Let MJ get his and focus on shutting down the rest of the team.

Celtics did this to perfection in the playoff one year. MJ had 63 points and his team still lost the game.
Same thing should apply to Curry, have the man guarding steph (Terry/ or whoever) on an island and make the rest of the warrior an afterthought.

even if steph drops 81 most teams can score more than that as a whole. They've already shown that they can disrupt klay thompson.

what type of nonsense is this?

Breh, curry plays team basketball not ISO ball like Kyrie and iverson. That's why he is so dangerous.

He's getting so many open catch and shoot threes vs Houston is :mindblown:

That's why someone said you gotta defend gsw as a team. It's not about stopping curry like he's a one man army. It's about out smarting him as the head of the team

or just taking him out of his game like Tony Allen did.

I hate LeBron but I give him props. I'm at the point now where I pretty much expect him to win any playoff series he's involved in, while rooting for the other team. :mjcry:
:heh:You talking about the same Bron who is 2-3 in Finals? I agree with the eastern conference tho

I don't see the Cavs beating the Warriors unless they just collapse. It's not only about curry. This team is just too good. I think the stat is something like 9 of the 10 teams alltime that have lead the NBA in offensive and defensive efficiency went on to win it all. LeBron is on his way to 2-4 record in the finals :wow:. If he actually beats the Warriors I will respect him, despite myself. I just don't see it happening :ld:

So losing in the first three rounds is better than the finals?

Also if you're going to double and try and let the rest of his team beat you then you can't turn it over and you have to play at a snail's pace. Can't let them get up and down and get open 3s.

The Cavs have been letting the Hawks get a lot of open shots, they just aren't dropping (Hawks haven't shot well in the playoffs). Warriors will make you pay.

Yes. Curry is unstoppable. The way to beat the Warriors is to be more disciplined on both sides of the ball than them and force them to cough up turnovers. And even then Klay or Draymond or Harrison Barnes may burn you. Or Curry will just decide to pull up from 30 feet instead of 28. GS is good, man. And I don't think even a 35/8/8 from LeBron could beat them in a seven game series.

Hope I'm wrong tho. :mjcry:
