I disagree with the outcome. You know who would never get caught slippin' like that. Impossible. Still, very well done.

Batman couldn't put Wolverine down without one sided prep time.

If they just ran up on each other Wolverine would give Bruce work, and Bruce has no inherent knowledge of his abilities.

What's crazy is that wolverine allows himself to get hus ass whooped sometimes because of his healing factor. I was reading wolverine origins and he basically took it easy on deadpool and cap for his own personal reasons. Sometimes they write wolverines character and forget that dude is damn neat unstoppable.

yup, deathstroke beats batmans ass usually. deadpool and batman is actually a pretty decent matchup. and that sleep gas shyt in that video wouldnt work on deadpool.

In comic book terms, they call that "PIS" or "Plot Induced Stupidity".


Basically, quite often a character is capable of dealing with a situation more more efficiently than he is shown to, but because it would take away suspense or drama from the story, they will neglect to show that and write the character down. Wolverine is a victim of this often, but characters like Thor, Superman and The Hulk get it MUCH worse than Logan does.


That said, I/We all love Batman, but his rep as being a master planner is a bit overhyped. He's pretty much good at EVERYTHING, but he's really not the BEST at anything except detective work. There are probably 5-15 characters in both universes superior to him in just about any area, its just that Batman's well roundedness allow him to cheat or change the fight to his own terms.

Peep Batman's fight with Karate Kid from LoSH. Batman thought he could take him but was getting his ass kicked but realized if he could stall until Black Lighting woke up, he'd be good

Spidey v deathpool?

I made thread on this actually and most of ya'll picked Spidey easily.

That's because Spidey can and has beaten Deadpool.

I'm not really a big Spidey fan and Deadpool is in my top 5 DOA, but the Spider-Sense and the Webbing are often too much for ANY street-level or near street level character to deal with. Spidey's webbing can hold The Thing and he's insanely fast and accurate with it. He webs up Cap, Batman, Wolverine, etc. WHOEVER one time and the fight is over.




And for the dude asking who would be a good match up for The Joker.... if you mean a physical fight, I'd argue Two-Face, Calisto from the Morlocks or Rick Grimes from TWD would be good fights for him (I tend to think of one DC, Marvel and other character for things like that).


In a turf war/planning type battle, I'd argue Ra's, Norman Osborne or The Governor could fukk wit him.

I heard the term PIS but I couldn't remember what it stood fir but I agree with everything you said especially with thor, supes, and hulk. Batman may as well be god at this point oh and what's LoSH? I'm trying to catch up on comics bc I was out of the game for years and just started back maybe early 2012.

Well even in that case, I'd say most of the picks are pretty good.


Like, you aren't really gonna "out-crazy" or "out-chaos" The Joker, so you need to combat him on a different level. Batman does it because he is so well prepared, trained and resourceful so he is a Yin to Joker's Yang. Ra's is probably the closest villain to Bruce Wayne's level of mentality and resourcefulness and he is willing to kill just like Joker.

Physically Joker is not a huge threat, but he can be real tricky, clever and vicious. I think of him like a crafty BJJ fighter. He's not gonna have any stand up or or striking to really huge you, but you get to close and he'll clench up and stab you.
