Yeah. I used to go to bars every night and the parking lot is PACKED with cars and you enter and EVERYONE is drinking over the limit(.08 which is like 2 beers).

Police are under staffed so they can't get everyone.

If you had 30 police cars sitting outside of all the hotspots in any city.... you'd average 75 DUIs a night, easily.....

They probably just paid the cops some overtime and told them to juice up on drunk driving. Basically a DUI sweep.

It's not hard. If cops do their job and there are enough out there. They can get way more then this.

You also have to remember police are usually tied up on domestic calls from drunk husband's beating on their wife...especially on the weekends
