Battle Ropes?

They're the truth but I haven't done them in a while. They were my main cardio of choice going from 15% to 12% body fat.

The airdyne bike is probably better though bit I'll do battle ropes when the airdyne rips apart my legs.

I'd do them for 18 minutes total while switching to a new battle ropes exercise every minute during that 18 minutes.
