She's been on the main roster for basically a decade and has held the world title a number of times (plus a Rumble and a MITB). You can't really expect more main event/title runs unless you strike gold with a new gimmick or people start getting injured, specially when you are not perceived as a real Ace by the company. If anything, she's already been treated as well as she was ever going to be.
I get the frustration by she honestly can't blame the company at this stage of her career. If she truly believes she has another run in her, she has to go elsewhere. Whether she does or not will tell us what really matters to her (and if it's money and being comfortable in WWE, there's nothing wrong with that).

I think it's more that Becky and Charlotte and now probably Rhea and Tiffy receive preferential treatment and chance after chance, no gimmick changes needed for Charlotte... before them it was Alexa and Ronda

Again, Bailey's been in the company for more than a decade , she already knows the WWE sees other people as more important to the company than her.
And again, I get the frustration. But she has accomplished a fukk ton in WWE even with the perception of being "lesser" than other women in terms of startdom or "Ace" material. So, if she truly wants another run, she has to do what she's always done to get the chances she's gotten. If she "doesn't know" what to do at this point of her career, then the answer is leave for another company because that's what wrestlers do when their run is over with 1 promotion. She has to realize she has reached a ceiling unless people get injured or she somehow catches fire with a new gimmick.

Only threat she poses is that she is well liked, so she may be able to influence others to follow suit.
Outside of that, it’ll just be a trade, Mariah May for Bayley.
Mariah is the fresher face, so WWE won’t care if Bayley left.
Nope, not even at WM40 honestly. I liked her NXT stuff back in the day and her recent mini return there, but other than that she’s been fast forward/skip status on the E shows.

I saw a Reddit comment that said that a major reason for Bayley losing her momentum was because she got injured. She was gone for about a year or so and during that time, they were performing in front of fans again. Everyone who started gaining success in the Thunderdome (Roman, Jey) were able to capitalize off that and keep their success. By the time she came back, WWE was already putting their resources into other women and she didn't have the same spark as before. Her winning the Rumble, turning face, and feuding with Iyo should have been a bigger deal, but it got drowned out by the Rock situation and as far as the women went, Rhea/Becky was treated as the money match.
Another comment I saw said that beating Bayley doesn't mean anything because she puts everyone over. Charlotte doesn't lose often, so Rhea and Tiffany benefited a lot from beating her. Bianca officially became a top star when she beat Becky at WrestleMania, and Liv bragged about being the last person to beat Becky before she came back. When Bayley loses, nobody elevates from it. I think Roxanne could have benefited a lot from working with her, but the fact that they dropped the feud means they don't even think it's worth doing. They would have never done that to Charlotte, and it's clear that Becky is only there to work with Lyra, so they can't do that to her either.
