Bayley has always been a terrible promo, she's been awkward on the mic since day one. All the more credit to Becky too because she started off just as terrible and awkward in NXT, only got the hang of it a little bit right before she got called up and then when she was forced to sink or swim on the main roster, got her shyt together and improved real damn fast (and no folks, you can't hold the accent against her promo's)..

What do you expect when you have them doing scripted promos all the time, then suddenly want them to freestyle out nowhere.

Most of the talent that came up from NXT cuts bad promos. Sasha, Charlotte is hit or miss and now Bayley. I'm sure there's more but I can't think of any off top.
