It's actually kinda fitting to her character to be as aloof and starstruck by the moment as she seemed here.

It was bad live...it's like she can't even keep shyt serious for a second, or get into character... nearly this whole generation (Ambrose, reigns, Bailey, etc) are damn near trash
These dudes' YouTube channel is absolutely terrible. These dudes have ZERO knowledge about wrestling and constantly shyt on WCW at any opportunity. Unfortunately, I feel like most wrestling fans mirror these dudes today.

Do they spend any time working on mic skills in NXT? Because its obvious they spend very little time on building interesting characters down there based on how many bland nobodies they have called up.
Maybe they could spend a little less time being ROH-lite workrate monkeys and work on producing well rounded "superstars" a little more.
Maybe then dudes like Apollo Crews wouldn't be flopping so badly.

Rebecca,Knox was always a heel on the nice. So the transition was,a little different but she has her ways that people are just drawn to.
Nah .Sasha and Wyatt came up complete..Corbin and the Ascension? Horrible. And that guy with Zack Ryder is cringe worthy.

Ambrose isn't bad at all. Definitely not great but he'll bring a convincing promo when necessary.
Looking back on it Bayley was destined to fail on the simple facts of:
1. I think Bayley was thinking she was gonna come on there and just talk about her match she had with Dana for about 2 - 3 minutes then dip, she wasn't expecting to cut no hardcore promo like that.
2. Instead of just having 1 host like they do on Talking Smack they had 3 host to focus on on Raw Talk so her focus was divided.
3. Instead of just asking her questions Booker decided to make her go out of character and cut a fierce ass promo even though her gimmick is "shy little sister that just happens to know how to wrestle well", I don't think Bayley ever cut a hardcore promo like that ever so I don't even know what Booker was trying to prove.
Honestly that situation is no big deal, but it just shows how much Bayley is kinda lost in the shuffle on Raw which some people feared once she left NXT.
