It really isn't fukking up someone's food if we're talking about steak. Expensive cuts have more marbling, but if you cook beef well done the fat will always cook out. Why waste your money on an expensive cut when the cheap cut's gonna end up tasting and feeling the same anyways

Went to the Bacchanal buffet at Cesars palace a month or so ago. They have a duck confit risotto and they put a piece of duck liver in that shyt.

And that's why I have a issue with picky eaters. People can eat what they want but when we can't go to new restaurants or have to stop at McDonald's to accommodate grown-ups then I got a problem.
