Apparently Bill Watts used to physically bully guys back in the day. He'd tell em' to get on all fours, thinking they were gonna be demo'd for a move, and he'd just kick them in the ribs full force.
Warrior told a story about it, said Bill Watts told him to get down and he said "if you want me in all fours, you're going to have to put me there yourself".

Anybody know why he keeps picking on Enzo Amore the most? Enzo seems like good peoples, is he not much of a angry guy or a fighter? This is pissing me off in a way because Enzo seems good in person. Dude sounds like a bully and the guys sound like punks for not standing up for themselves.

Hes not getting fired. No major outlet is picking up on this and this is from some anon on redditt. Its been known for years Demott is a POS who is hard on prospects. The brass likes and encourages shyt like this. They think its a way to see who makes it and who falters

Not too be defensive of the guy because some of that shyt crosses the line way too much, but this isn't a sport for weaklings so you need a Sgt. Hartman from Full Metal Jacket type guy to make the young guys as tough and insensitive as possible. You can complain about him verbally humiliating these guys but that's part of the training to make them withstand the kind of shyt audiences can yell at them when they're in the ring. Sure we joke about "Cena sucks" and "Big Slow" chants, but imagine a couple thousand people yelling that at you every single week, along with the stuff they individually yell that we don't even hear. You need to be conditioned to be able to push that shyt aside. But, like Full Metal Jacket, guys in that position are only human too and thus can take shyt too far and mistreat/bully the people that they personally dislike.

He was just a fan who sent a video tape of himself cutting a promo to Triple H because they workout at the same gym, and H loved it enough to give him a contract.
