If he likes all of this old junk so much, why did he leave it all with his parents? When you move out of your parents house, anything you leave behind is stuff you don't really need. If he has all of these houses and has no room for it, it's no surprise that his parents don't need it either. His whole family seems fukked up but he should have never been in this situation anyway.
