do you still use monox?

Not as often I experimented with the 10% too plan to keep going until my supplies run out. Tugain works wonders but that shyt is more expensive than the regular 5%.

don’t you gotta use Minoxidil for life tho?

No only until the hair turns terminal which varies for everybody but for most mfers it seems to average 6 months to 2 years. You can find people talking about their post minox beards.

Hit the squats, DLs, and other compound lifts, eat healthy, keep your face/pores clean, get a full nights sleep, and just don’t shave for like 4 or 5 months. If you don’t see ANY positive signs, probably not in the cards for you
