What coach can win with this personnel?

The personnel isnt as bad as the result today. The team, specifically the QB wasnt ready to play- that's on Rex. The QB is laughably bad...but with real coaching we'd be better. Look at the Bills roster lol...Kyle fukking Orton?

Geno Smith missed a meeting prior to the game and started the next day lol. Yeah, it's not the coaching.

It's an undisciplined mess.

Rex should be fired on the basis that he's given his offensive staffs TOO MUCH autonomy where he has zero involvement.

I don't think it particularly matters this season, this team is just bad all around. In fact, people need to remember that we played MUCH better than people thought we would last season. The record this year is what I expected last season

The point differential was a solid indicator...its a slow process to build a team when you dont have a QB. Woody's infatuation with Rex has to end though...it's time.

I am fully aware of Rex shortcomings and the reason we lost to Indy was the defense, not the offense...

This season? Nobody, but the fact still remains that Rex is really not fit to be a head coach. What if he is allowed to cook for 3 more years? He will build out that defense once again and be stuck with an offense that is almost unbearable to watch. He is a great defensive mind...if he would slide into that role I would be much more comfortable with someone taking over the head coaching position and trying to see how to put forward some new ideas on offense.

and he maxed those guys out, the only reason the defense is good is because of the front 7

the other cb he drafted outta maryland is out 4 the year

Who were the Bills running backs today? They have one receiver on offense. A backup QB, backup running backs and Sammy Watkins.

Do your really want me to start naming coaches who are able to limit turnovers, create turnovers and not senseless waste timeouts and not senselessly have too many men on the field penalities etc? Watch other teams around the league...the sloppiness is on Rex.
