Man I really don't like bears as a concept .

That’s one thing that always fascinated me with wild animals, especially bigger ones. Moose, elephants, African buffalo, these animals are all tremendous in size and yet they all have that knack for just melting into the forest without so much as a peep. On some one moment you see/hear them, and then the very next moment nothing but eerie silence.

They also reappear with that same shroud of stealth and suddenness, making it extremely dangerous to go hiking through their territories.

People are taking actual historical information, like using dogs to hunt and tree bears, and turning it into a 1 v 1 which is retarded. Whenever you're hunting bears, you have to have a pack of dogs trained for it and while American Pitbulls are a breed that's been used, it doesn't stand a chance alone.

I refuse to believe any adult breh actually thinks a single pit could beat a bear.

I would not want to mess around with a beaver without a weapon. Those teeth are terrifying. If they bite through trees they have no problem with flesh.
