Yeah, it was a black cartoon made by Tommy Davidson on Disney Channel. He played the dad, Kyla Pratt was the main character Penny, the mom from Family Matters was the Grandmother named Suga Mama, and the mother named Trudy was played by the woman who played Joy on the movie Friday.

Classic. It reminds me of when I use to go to the barbershop and when sometimes the old head barbers would have either have gospel songs or classic R&B music playing while nikkas be in there talking, laughing and getting they heads cut.

It was probably seen as a negative but the thing I liked about Bebe and Cece's songs were that they sounded like R&B. It was like the songs were gospel music but low key about it, but not to trick you or anything. You didn't have to be Christian or religious to like their music.
