This is kind of related to food prices. Card board box sales has plummeted to the lowest level since 2008. This indicates that if companies are not buying boxes to ship goods then that means sales in multiple industries are down.

Kroger around the corner has a section of stuff that they put out. I bought some stuff the other day. Mainly stuff expired that day or within a couple of days. Morning times are the best

The U.S. has a cattle shortage this year so we have to import more from out of the country... And the demand hasn't dropped... And tarriffs... Including a 50% tarriff on Brazil who we traditionally import 20% of our beef from...

You can probably see where this is going

I think the majority of beef comes from South America in the US
