That's all it is and I understand that. I don't even think it's disrespect or worth fighting over if you pull the chair. It's just I aint gone let this nikka put me in the cup.
I'm 6'3 195lb, broad shoulders/chest but I have skinny legs, yet I hold myself well in the post against bigger cats and always have. Majority of the time cats gone be stronger than me, but I play my position well and know how to funnel my man to help or play him 1 on 1 and just put my hands straight up

What can I do to not get winded running the court without doing 2 hour practices every day like in high school
