I'm 21, I remember playing NBA Live 03 with Bibby being a beast :scusthov:

I'm just going to assume that cats like Tony Parker, Rajon Rondo, Jrue Holliday, Mike Conley, etc are higher "rated" video game players than Bibby was in 2003.

Basically, you probably shouldn't rate the quality of a league based on the video game rating for a random middle-of-the-road PG.

And Peja was never a "franchise player", and Vince Carter and T-Mac were definitely a superstars....

So, cool thread.

I'll admit the game is a lot more entertaining now.

Pre '03, we had stars, but a bunch of boring, mediocre teams

It was Lakers, Spurs, and a bunch of watered down bullshyt. If it wasn't for the Kings, I would've stopped watching back then. That was the only team that was truly entertaining back then IMO.

Even during Bron's first couple of years, it was still struggle ball out there.

Really, them '04-'05 Suns was the start of basketball becoming entertaining again.....But that's just my opinion:manny:
