"I let my parents down... they won't get to be grandparents"

...so? that is not your responsibility to provide the people who made you with a do-over where they can give all the parental love without any of the work. caring about their opinion on this is pointless.

I work too much, if I had kids they’d be in the streets.

I’m fine not having kids plus my siblings will absolutely have kids of their own anyways.

Tends to be a deal breaker with certain women though :ld: I’ll just have to wait until I’m in my 40s for a long term partner I guess

In a way I'm kinda sad how I let my parents down in that respect. My mother and father will never know what it's like to have a grandchild or even a daughter-in-law or see their son with a family of his own. They have to live every day knowing their line ends with me. I really wish they had another child who could have gave them those things but I'm not capable of it and I'm all they decided to have.

I know society looks down on me for my choices and that doesn't bother me but what does is that my parents never really got what they deserved. Not that I want to give it to them but they still should have got to experience it. Being a grandparent is one of life's great joys for the elderly and they were robbed of it.
Breh we stay shooting live rounds :bustback: My manz just had his 1st son @50+ and you cant tell him nufin gotta whole new lease on life

Once I got passed 35 I realized I was too stuck in my way to have a kid. How I live my life now would get severely hindered by a kid and I would start to resent the kid. That wouldn't be fair so I knew not to try to have one anymore. :yeshrug:
That call from the principle where he let me know my son wasn’t the aggressor so he’s not in trouble…

But (direct quote) “he’s nice with his hands so we want to always promote talking to a teacher if possible even if it is self defense”

:wow:

You’ll never understand it.

And in about 4-6 years I’ll be moving like I’m single again with two successful, respectful, smart and handsome young men as examples of the strength of my DNA….

:wow:
