Funny you say that...just checked earlier today

683 not bad for someone with no loans,CCs, or car note
Yea not to bad. My advice for you is to work towards getting it over 760 to get premium interest rates and capital. Definitely want to think about starting with a low interest credit card and paying it off every month...Then when you get over a 720 you can graduate to a big boy credit card thats interest free for 15 months or more...Then when you are ready you can get in the real estate investment game, start building generational wealth...Start thinking like a boss and not a broke nikka. Bosses use OPM to get ahead, remember that breh

I’m bout to be 21 in a few months I’m not thinking bout owning property for at least another 5-10 years. Ima buy a duplex(FHA Loan) and let my tenant pay my mortgage.

Say I have a “broke” mentality but I’m just tryna be comfortable, don’t wanna be no millionaire or nothing like that. Grandma retired from the post office, travels all over on her $2500 monthly pension with plenty left over. Owns two cribs paid off :manny:

Thats good and all but remember 40 years from now when your ready to retire it will be a different ball game..Pensions and Social Security might not even exists, so its important to work towards gaining as much assets as possible...But you on the right track, I bought my first property at 29, then a duplex at 31 and like you said letting my tennants pay my mortgages so I salute you for having that mentality already at 21
