I'm booking a trip to Vegas during AVN weekend while reading this

I hear ya but me and my wife have mastered this. Birthday parties and stuff be out of control, everybody show up cuz they know it's gonna turn into a night cap with drinks and whatnot, lol. It's easier once the kids get older, plus I have teenage nieces and nephews. The couples can be outside on the deck by the firepit enjoying a libation or two and shooting the breeze while the kids inside on the Xbox. There's balance, that's whats so incredible about being grown and having kids.
Yeah I get it, kids ain't for everybody, but I can't possibly imagine getting into my 60's and not having a family of my own. I honestly wonder if some folks think that far down the line.I appreciate another positive perspective in here. These threads are generally filled with the "everyone with kids are miserable and life is mundane" rhetoric, and that's far from the truth.
I would rather be in my 30's making good money with nothing to tie me down. People are out there being miserable because of lack of money and having too much responsibilities. I do plan on eventually getting married at 35 though.
Are you making this up cause typically people find this out about someone and just be like, "Damn your lucky".
If you're in your 30s and you do want to have kids that's something to think about cause, the longer you wait the harder it is to keep up with the lil rugrats. And also, that clock is ticking... how old do you want to be when your kids grow up? 50s 60s?
I wouldn't say that, but i do think Marriage shouldn't even be considered until you're in your 30s. The problem is that marriage is expected to be great all the fukking time, when in reality the best marriages are the ones that areSo true. Out of all the married people I know (family, friends, coworkers) only 3 or 4 keep it real. My dad and my oldest brother mostly. They tell me to take my time and that marriage is hell and a ongoing battle. And my dad and brother wear the pants frfr. Women are just hell. Starting to think Men aren't meant to be locked down to one woman til death.
I’m 27 with all that. My only fear is being a stepdad![]()

I think it's most women just be selfish and want a man forever all to themselves..So true. Out of all the married people I know (family, friends, coworkers) only 3 or 4 keep it real.
