Nah, I think :beli: was still in disbelief that Kearse made that unbelievable catch and didn't know what the fukk had happened and how they got to that point. 99.9% of the time in that situation you would automatically start thinking, "Ok, I have to give my QB as much time as possible to get into FG range"... not, let the time wind down so if they score a TD the game is over.

That was some accidental genius bullshyt. And the only way it paid off is because Seattle literally did the unthinkable and threw the ball in that instance.

Its impossible to know his intention but all the sudden the clock went from 1 min to 25 seconds REAAAAAL quick

It took all the pressure off the Pats and put it all back on Seattle (I said this before Russ threw the pick)

Pete should have called a timeout and took control of the situation back, Beli flipped the script on him on some chess move shyt

Seattle had some pressure, but not like you're saying. Plus they just called a TO right after that crazy ass catch. They ran it once with Marshawn after that, all they had to do was run it again, and if he didn't get in, call a TO. That's when the pressure would have been crazy for them. What they did was moronic on an unbelievable level. They bailed out NE with that play call obviously. People would have been shytting on :beli: for not calling a TO if they would of just gave Beast Mode the ball.

:snoop:

Not even a Seahawks fan, but watching that shyt made my stomach hurt.

Then :beli: goes on the podium and acts like he wasn't surprised that they didn't run on that play like he's perfect. Ridiculous

yea it did, that shyt was @ :30 really quick. I think a little was shock, and then just realized theres no time to get it back with enough time run a hurry up drill.

a defensive coach wont let them score there, im surprised Collingsworth even brought it up

Brady gave the best answer about all that shyt. When Kearse made that catch he said, "Yeah I was thinking, well I hope I have enough time left to go put some points on the board"

I know they were in complete shock.

Yoooooo. That's exactly why I couldn't do liberal arts in college. shyt was so subjective. I hated English class in high school. "The red dress represents passion blah blah blah" SMH @ a teacher tryna tell me what some muhfugga that's been dead for centuries meant in his writing.

I think it put the pressure squarely on his D.

He's been in a similar situation the last 2 super bowls, and it hadn't worked out. He upgraded his D, he was sending them the message that he believed they could would stop them.

Beli is a defensive coach though , he knew the likelihood of Brady driving down to FG range with no timeouts, with like 30 seconds left was extremely unlikely '

He put it on his defense instead, and by not calling a timeout like Seattle expected, cut the clock in half on them

For what its worth, the Pats had stopped Marshawn at the line a handful of times throughout the game

Beli decided to ride out the defense ... when he declined to call the timeout ... I was at home feeling the pressure mount up for Seattle, so it definitely had a huge affect

Seattle definitely was expecting a Pats timeout there , everyone was

all the sudden the Hawks had 25 seconds left on the clock and the script was flipped

Hawks thought NE was going to make that TD easy on them ... NOPE

So :beli: not calling timeout made Seattle forget their identity and take an unnecessary, stupid risk with the game on the line? :comeon: Sometimes shyt works out in your favor. Sometimes you get lucky as fukk...that doesn't make one a genius. Was Seattle's OC a genius for calling the play that ended up getting them in the redzone? He believed that ol boy would catch the ball even if it got tipped right? :rudy:

That's what I was saying at the start of that drive it was up to the defense to stop them this time around.

:what:

Dawg, when Seattle ran with Lynch on 1st and Goal, when he got tackled, there was over a minute left (1:02 to be exact)... they were then at the 1 yard line.

Had they burned a TO right after that play... That's more than enough time for Brady to get into field goal range.

:russ:

I'm sorry, I'm not giving Beli props for that shyt, because even if Seattle scored a TD, he still gave his team a shot to tie or win. Brady had just carved up that defense the previous drive as well. What happened last night was like a prayer being answered for dude. I'm not cosigning that shyt. Seattle jagged that shyt, period.

Something caused Seattle to get out of character, and yes, I think Beli not calling a timeout threw them off

It definitely felt like a contributing factor

that clock ran down from 1 min to 25 seconds REAL quick

No, a lot of coaches would have been honest and said, ":whew: I thought they were going to run the ball"

He couldn't even say that, just sat there like :beli:

"Have to be ready for anything"

Man shut the fukk up

Brady carved up that defense on short, quick passes

that shyt wasnt going to get them into FG range with 40 seconds left and no timeouts

Beli knew they wouldnt be able to throw down field and stop the clock like they needed too
