The label can't put out the 'questionable material' until that said artist has sold his soul first and recorded the actual music. The label, jew in charge, the company isn't writing the lyrics or making the beats. They make their decisions after the product is finished. That's my whole point.

They get the sub-label and the budget from the company above them. A song could say "Kill niccas, f*ck b*tches, etc" all day long but a older jew cat like a Clive Davis{for example} doesn't know if that'll make him money or not. But he;ll turn to a Puffy and ask if this sh*t is hot or not. co-signing is a big deal in the music game.
