Carson is still in the race for two reasons.

1 to fukk things up for cruz, I'd wager donald has asked him to stay in the race because the longer he does the greater trump's lead gets as rubio and cruz compete for second. Also apparently carson is really pissed off about what cruz did in iowa, I think he probably forgave trump for calling him a mental case because at the end of the day trump was just quoting from his book. His book by the way ,was a kind of long statement from himself about why he would be completely unsuitable to be president. He admits in it, attacking people including his own mother with a knife. And bashing someone else with a tyre iron. Trump might have offered him surgeon general or to be in charge of trump care.

2 to sell more books. ,so he things really 'daring' things like this about the president ,so more white chumps buy his books. Sarah Palin did it and got really rich off making outlandish comments , so he is doing the same

Well, I'll play the opposition considering Baracks situation is similar to mine although I did grow up with black people as well and my mother is half her self.

You learn about being black through experience and through self education, finding yourself and through your peers.

Just because you grow up around black people doesn't mean you have a sense of identity or even an appreciation of self and the derivation of your existence.

There's dudes who grew up with all black mothers and fathers who love white women or who call each other African booty scratchers and speak bad about history in Africa. Hell even Ben Carson's comment is something that shows as proof that just because you're around black people that doesn't certify you as anything

The idea that Obama was "raised white" has no meaning anyways if you even consider it true despite how silly the concept is. I think its more about how you see yourself and your experiences in the world, particularly as a black man in the united states that gives you a unique perspective. Obama doesn't seem oblivious to the fact he is black, how that results in him being dealt certain cards in life, and how people view him. Especially after being president with these wackos in this country now.

We all know someone who grows up a certain way and they either completely deny who they are or they embrace it and live with that in mind. I think Obama is the latter.

Carson has no zero chance to garner the nomination. He is at the stage that other token GOP candidates are at (keyes, Herman Cain)....he is saying whatever he has to say to foster appeal to white folks. Then after he "suspends" his campaign, he will sell more books, get booked on the lucrative never ending Right wing talk show circuit more often, and maybe even secure himself his own talk show. Its a end game. Carson doing this for a payday.
