You'd have to ignore the context of him not wanting to play for the Sixers before any mental anguish comes into it. It's probably gonna be settled by a third party who will look at the facts and decide if they believe a guy who said he wants to get traded and didn't want to play for the Sixers anymore does indeed have some sort of mental issues that is stopping him from playing.
