They haven't finished above 500 since 2005 that ain't no damn coaching issue :russ:

Someone's gotta put up buckets on bad teams. Fox is that guy for Sacramento. It's an equitable trade. Both teams improve.
What does 2005 have to do with the current roster?

Adding Ben to that team won't help them make the playoffs either

While Ben is gonna get roasted for his performance vs the Hawks(and rightfully so), his problem is more how he was set up for failure by Brett Brown/Sixers organization by playing him as a PG.

He's still a DPoTY candidate that can guard multiple positions at a high level and is really valuable in transition offense. Played as a big it's less impactful that he can't score outside the restricted area(he still can't shoot FTs but that's putting cart before horse).

The Kings can't use a guy like that? You're out of your mind.

Blazers are the only team that makes sense. Ben can play the Draymond role, will get better looks for Lillard too and hopefully a change can make him more aggressive. Philly can use a scorer like CJ. Both teams desperately need to break up too.

Or they can trade him to a lottery team but you are not getting a player that helps in return
Blazers would be playing 4 on 5 out there with Simmons in the lineup..

I mean he wants to play point guard, he can rack up assists, play good perimeter D, and get transition buckets but he still won't be much of an impact on a team like the Kings. I mean Draymond does that for the Warriors and they have a generational superstar, and they didn't even make the playoffs this year (health aside, everybody expected them to win one play-in game and make the playoffs as an 8th seed). Kings don't have that to where Ben would even move the needle that much. Just don't see it.
