Remember when cats was saying he would bust because Sorry ass LSU couldnt make the tournament?

Lebron rookie: 21pts 6 reb 5.5 assists 41%fg
Ben rookie: 16pts 8reb 8 assists 55%fg

Dude is a straight Monster. Posting up slightly better rookie stats than the local favorite Lebron.

This league now belongs to him. Book it now he wont go 3-8 in NBA finals

How about compare lebron stats at 21 since the fake rookie is 21.
i hate when nikkas do that dumb comparison with bron... "go by age"

age doesn't matter when you wasn't playing in the damn league... how the hell you gonna even try to compare 3 years of stats to 1... what does that prove? that one player played longer and nothing else?

How can you compare stats when 1 guy was straight out of HS, and the other played a year in college and missed a season after that :ld:

If Simmons did this as an 18 year old he would literally be being heralded as the next GOAT. I don't get why people are overlooking his age when talking about his numbers, body development makes a huge difference in your ability to perform in the league.

I also find the Simmons love overtaking Embiid's to be insulting to Embiid's talent/importance, but :hubie:

He’s gotta continue to cutdown on the turnovers and improve that freethrow shooting (which he has also been doing) but man ... is he fun to watch

He needs a jump shot. That can take him a whole 'nother step and also open up a lot for Embiid/Philly schemes in general.

Lebron was deemed ready at 18. Maybe Simmons would be. It’s illegal to do. Ain’t his fault. But he was deemed ready at 20 and got injured.

They both started game 1 and ended game 82. They both was playing their first minutes of nba basketball. Who was better after 1 year of nba basketball is what is compared. Or 9 years. Or 20

Comparing bron at 21 with 4 years of nba comp vs 81 games of nba with Simmons, really tells nothing but who was ready first. A lot of bums came out of high school. Kwame brown anyone? Was he better cause he was ready at 18?

It’s only with bron tho. Compare him to Jordan and it’s always age. Compare him with nba seasons and it’s a blowout the way.

Ben overtaking Embiid in the public eye was expected, he's a wing and his game is more visually appealing to fans than the 7 footer. I wouldn't say it's insulting, but I hope it doesn't drive a wedge between them like it has with other big/wing combos in the past, I want to see them together for a long time.

I want to see the Bucks vs Sixers in a series, just to see Giannis and Ben go at it, so far this season Giannis been on his neck heavy and I want to see how Giannis reacts to Ben getting the "next Bron" label over him even though he been giving Ben work this year.
