Kodak .. btw one dude in here getting killed just admit you wrong my guy nothing wrong with that
How am I getting killed Jesus Christ

Y’all was not up on these dudes at all til a few years ago :laff:

The old ass music you nikkas hear is rare and amateur as fukk they didn’t have a lot of material out and it’s extremely rare the quality is garbage these nikkas sound like Raekwon/Juelz/Jeezy/Young Chris clones Chinegun Blakk was hilariously off beat every fukking hood has nikkas who play around with rap that does not make them actual professional rappers

Even a cat like Dave East released a ton of work prior to his deal and had actual features from nikkas like GLC, Sen City, J.R. Writer, Roscoe Dash, Jim Jones. Nikka shot actual videos with directors his music had some semblance of mixing. :dead:

Doesn’t matter if geography was impeding. The music is rare and lacked professional quality. It’s clearly amateur and rap wasn’t the main focus back in those days for these dudes. Big L was also a hell of a lot better than 2000’s Benny.

It seems like y’all fell for WSG’s delusions of grandeur of being these hot Buffalo rappers in the 2000’s and Benny’s delusions of grandeur of 2Chainz biting his name of all people :mjlol:

Kid, just stop. Mad ppl already pointed out how irrational and uninformed you sound on this topic. The more you post, the brighter your incompetence shines which is in the shadows of your stubbornness to accept facts.

Lol no y’all like these dudes and are overestimating their prevalence as rappers back in those days clearly what I’m speaking on is being on as a rapper and taking the shyt serious but that simple context flies over heads

Using this logic Jay has been a rapper since like 1986 and nobody says that shyt

Y’all got it though Benny was a rapper in 2005

Wrong about what now y’all was all Benny fans from way back huh :mjlol:

Making shytty unmixed tapes where you sound like a mash up of other nikkas that nobody outside your 3 block radius heard and you made no money off don’t make you a real rapper

U just a street nikka that’s aspiring to be a rapper. Do u know how many nikkas lay shyt down I guess every one is a rapper :mjlol:

A lot of this old shyt y’all hearing wasn’t even released it’s just seeing light of day or just getting recognition nikkas wasn’t popping at all they was street nikkas in and out the system

Bruh since when was the standard for being considered a rapper, that everybody outside your city needed to know who you are?

That's not the standard, and dudes are being very clear in here---->when you make it something that you spend for and earn income from, you're investing in it, promoting it, its an occupation. Part time, maybe? Sure, but you can't say "you're not a rapper" just because people outside your city never heard of you, which is what you're arguing against essentially no one, as no one in here has said they were personally listening to Benny in '06 or '10 or even '14...

Cats just pointed out he's been rapping since like '05. That isnt false, and while I'm not certain of the exact date, he been getting money from it for over a decade, no matter how minimal...

The difference with your J Cole example is Cole in '00 wasn't doing shows or videos, he wasnt making no money from it and nobody was promoting Cole in 2000. You know all this, you just being dense, my brother lmao...

By the way, the majority of street dudes still don't rap. There are maybe more than a decade ago and a decade before that, since we all acknowledge the accessibility into rap is easier now, but its not like most dudes in every hood is trying to rap. Its still mostly dudes who aren't heavy outside, with a few more people in the field than years past...

And where I'm from, those dudes who are promoting their shyt and investing energy and money into it, we call them rappers, even if it isnt all they do, because you know, people can be more than one thing at once lol. I've known dudes out the neighborhood who rapped while working at Ace Hardware, rapped while working at restaurants, and of course rapped while gangbanging and shooting cats. People can and do, multiple things all the time...

These Griselda nikkas street dudes but they were rappers too...

The thing is dudes saying Benny been a rapper since back then based off a tape WSG dropped this year. This tape was never released and never heard. He went on the run before he could drop it in 2005. Meaning no one ever heard this shyt, it was very much an amateur tape they recorded it when they was still in the streets.

Dude has probably been rapping forever. Probably been taking it semi serious since late 00's but getting sidetracked and got on mid-late 2010's. It's a semantics argument at this point we debating two different things.

Benny wasn’t a rapper when this was taken
I didn't reply to this cause I thought it was ridiculous but nikkas really started debating :dead:

I know what you meant breh but they were rappers cause they had a real fan base in Buffalo. Benny named his new shyt Tana Talk 3 cause of the impact the first 2 made in his city, according to him and WSG. At that point you gotta call them real rappers

Now Cardi was also instagram famous when she was stripping. Mad nikkas got pics with her. Cardi actually gets upset when rappers repost a old pic of them from her stripper days. This ain't a rare moment
