not to me but it's probably (for most people) the least liked Benny project out of his last 4 big solo projects. I've seen a few cats that outright dislike it, some that really love it, and a lot that think it's above average but not great.

Plugs 2 and Burden of Proof were both a step down from TT3 and Plugs 1.
Royce was so ass on that my god
I enjoyed Plugs 2. Not as good as 1 but still fire to me and has joints I love to revisit like No Instructors, survivors remorse, plug talk, when Tony meets Sosa and the joint with Chinx
