I doubt you can pass anything more than a public option with subsidies for lower income families at this point.

Whoever the nominee is, they have my vote. Don't care if it's Bernie or Pete or even Bloomberg, just way too much on the line this election to sit home and make a point. I doubt most upper middle and upper class blue no matter who voters will suffer much under 4 more years of Trump.

Yeah, I think it's understood that those people are gonna be comfortable 'no matter who', that's the problem and exactly why the most vulnerable portion of the electorate should use whatever leverage they have when they have it.

ill be honest, i dont really have any interest in the economy changing or medicare for all. if bernie winning meant that he would actually 100% implement his agenda, i'd probably stay home

but im sick of trump. watching his supporters' tears if he loses will be and that alone is worth voting for the democrats to me, this time around

i respect what bernie is fighting for, and would like to see steps made toward those causes. this country has a massive inequality problem that it needs to fix or start addressing

This applies even moreso to black moderates IMO, who pretend they hate class reductionism til it stops being about who's 'woke' and who's willing to stand with the poor people that look like them, they hurry up and fall back on their class/tax bracket.

But if Bernie finishes the primaries with the most delegates, yet the nomination is not given to him in a brokered convention, Trump will win another 4 years. You can take that to the bank.
