he basically said he doesn't use the word by it's definition though didn't he? it's almost like his catchphrase at this point, he has his own definition for it, basically "change"?

He can define it as that and I'm glad he calls himself a socialist regardless because it removes some of the demonization of the word. He's still just advocating for a liberal social democractic mixed economy though
