Can you explain why PCs get slower with time but Macs stay the same? Would clean reinstalling Windows return it to original form?
Software gets more demanding as time goes on.
Nobody's mentioned build quality? MacBook Pros are freaking tanks dude. They're made of aluminum. The charger is magnetic. Treat it right and it can easily last a decade or longer.
It'd help. IMO macs especially with their ssd tend to perform well even over time. OS X seems more efficient at utilizing resources. Windows registries n collection along with its constant updates seem resource heavy over time.

Not on paper tho? The Windows 10 requirements are measly, so why do these computer get sluggish with updates? Will a simple reset clear the cache and meta data?

You got any overheating issues, guy? I sometimes feel like I'm reducing the lifespan of the internal components by pushing my MBP too hard, is this a concern?
No but honestly I don't push it hard. Worst I do is play River City Underground on Steam. I think the fan has turned on like twice since I've gotten it?

clean install is formatting? that should be done as a last effort when it comes to pc cleaning. the latest virus and spyware removal programs are pretty solid when it comes to removing junk. PCs get slower because they are dusty on the inside, you don't know how to maintain a computer. learn how to defrag!
just adding a SSD improves the speed big time as well.
MACS do not stay the same. they are the same thing as a computers but they just use different OS
