You want 90-95% of your diet to be comprised of "whole foods". Whole foods are foods made up of one single ingriedient. Think fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, meat, fish, and eggs. Basically foods found in nature without the need of human creativity.

Processed foods are foods we humans have created by adding together the tasiest parts of food found in nature. The problem with this is when foods are processed they lack the nutrition found in whole foods. For our bodies to function properly we need sufficient vitamins and minerals. Processed foods lack these essential nutrients while whole foods have them.

I’m only 25 and got like 2 gray hairs in the front and few on the back right side of my head. I’m done with alcohol. I want to age with grace. Not spazzing and this thread can benefit us all if wisdom is dropped.

- leave the booze alone
- leave the drugs alone (if you do that and yes that means smoking even tho many here will disagree)
- cut down on sugar
- start running even if just a few laps on the track
- limit stress, and that means not tripping over some trivial shyt that means nothing in the long run
- force yourself to eat veggies even tho that shyt doesn’t taste as good
- leave the processed food alone as much as possible, which can be difficult
- avoid hoe babble at all costs
- avoid CAC babble at all costs

Run a mile minimum a minimum of 4 days a week

No. Running does is a form of high intensity training. Lifting weights is a better way to stimulate muscle growth. In terms of cardio, walking is better.

I walk for 2-3 hours 5 days per week. Those long walks burn more fat than running just a mile. Also walking aides in recovery from weight training. Plus now that the weather is getting warmer you can do it outside getting much needed sunlight.
