I just bought a major appliance from them last week and those a$$holes dropped the shyt off at my door. No installation because of Covid but they didn’t tell me that until Later. I had to hire someone else to remove my old one and install my new one.

I always hated how Best Buy would have the shyt I wanted on their website but their stores would be filled only the high priced shyt.

Thats basically how shipment goes, yet if you are lucky to find a proper price match, you can get the expensive shyt for a little bit cheap. Sadly, the stores itself just basically to try out what you may want in the future, while online is where you can actually get something you need but no pressure.

As someone that work geek squad delivery they were supposed to let him know plus give the option to reschedule during the pre calls and eta calls. Also we can't drop anything off if no one 18+ years old is home.

Best Buy is another dead in the water business model, that is ridden with debt, and no way to ever pay back the creditors. There is no way to make money with this business model going forward.
