Let's be honest, it was a cherry pick gone wrong

Canelo wanted to get a belt at 175 after getting false confidence from beating and old Kovalev. He thought Bivol was the weaker fighter than Beterbiev who he avoided. That loss was so bad, Canelo hasn't fought a 50/50 fight since lol
Bang on-point. He completely misjudged Bivol and it was hilarious to watch.

from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
I mean it may have held weight in the past but Turki is apparently compensating these dudes handsomely so it really isn't any more excuses. He may want to fight Keyshawn now if ever because he's only getting better and he may be too green to win now
It didn't hold weight before either cause Tank was never willing to come to the table and discuss the fight or negotiate..
Turki isnt the 1st willing to throw big money at Tank to make a fight.. He just exposing the fact that dude was just a duck the whole time

also what we are witnessing is the changing of an era....Bud, Canelo, Beterbiev, Bivol, Fury, Joshua, Wilder, are all cashing out and going out around the same time, even a young guy like Benevidez wont fight that much longer I dont feel. Although he has a lot of fight left in him I am not even sure how long Tank continues, pretty soon his cherry tree will bare.

TR next deal is going to be critical when it comes to Keyshawn and Mason. Keyshawn can became the American Face of Boxing at 140 imo.

If Shakur's hand injury thing again is true I don't see him fighting much longer + he says he feels 135 is his weight w 140 being a stretch, so really the Tank vs Shakur chapter is all that is really left for them because everyone else their age is heading to 147. Mason vs Shakur/Tank may be a changing of the guard type of fight unless they ice him out (likely TR will position him for that WBO once Keyshawn moves up if they can't get him in position for Loma's IBF)
