True everybody knows Frieza. He's up there with Shredder and the joker....who would be #4 to make a super villain Mt. Rushmore?

I would consider Doctor Doom, and Magneto worthier candidates than the Shredder (even though the Shredder is still dope).
Hannibal Lecter, Bowser, and Dio Brando deserve a mention too.

Frieza, Darth Vader, The Joker, Lex Luthor, Bowser, Magneto, Doctor Doom, Hannibal Lecter, Dio Brando, and Voldemort.
