Kobe should be on the tier with Mike and Nique soley off his in game dunks and who he dunked on. I'm thinking Mike should have been up there with Vince if we including in game dunks dunk competitions and just outright the gracefulness and flair in which he completed some of them. Feels like Reign Man Gordon and Lavine should be a tier or two higher.

Based on both, Doc, Nique & MJ should be on Tier 1. Kemp, Clyde, Kobe maybe Blake move up to 2. Tmac, Shaq, Russ, Aaron Gordon, Dwight, Chocolate Thunder Tier 3.
4 - Lebron, Wade, JRich, Eddie Jones, Amare, David Thompson
5 - Lavine, B Diddy, Ricky Davis, Grant Hill...
