I'll bite.

Based on what?

What has he done that Rondo hasn't?

Other than scoring, what does he do better than Rondo?
He is a better playmaker and the overall offensive threat he is > whatever Rondo does on defense. Wall CAN play defense, just not as good as Rondo.

Think about Wall's team out in DC...he revived Ariza's career. Gortat is better than ever because of Wall, Nene is a good player, but has clearly benefited because of Wall. He is a top 5 "floor general"

Rondo's career stats are a bit inflated because he played with elite wingmen such as Pierce and Allen. Plus he fed it into KG for a few years. Wall has none of that...Washington made the playoffs last year and almost knocked off Indiana with his roster. Starting this season? 6-2 so far and dropped 27 and 11 last night. Can you confidently say that Rondo will post those numbers on a regular basis?

It's not all about stats, its easy to throw the "more assists" numbers when you have an elite squad most of your career. It also helps that Rondo doesn't really like to shoot the ball (5 less shots per game compared to Wall). You would rather have a 10 and 11 PG or a 20 and 9 PG as your main guy on your team? Think about that for a second.

You cannot use the shooting argument because they both can't shoot. You can't really use the defensive argument because its not like Wall is looking like James Harden out there and you can't use the "not winning" argument because Washington has played very well the past 2 seasons because of their growth and no other All-Star besides Wall. Wall is faster, more athletic and I would trust him over Rondo at the end of a game. Rondo also SUCKS at the free throw line.

Clear advantage? Rebounding I guess...Rondo for his career has averaged 4.6 rebounds per game over Wall's 4.3 so far

I've seen Rondo since Kentucky, he was always going to be a solid PG, but he will never lead an elite squad in the NBA...he couldn't even do that @ Kentucky.

The ignorant don't like to read or be informed.

Continue your mindless stanning. I am a fan of the game, not just hometown heroes.

You fit the mold of those cats who kept screaming KG > Duncan and not really understanding the game.

Curry is the best shooter at the point but as far as athleticism and defense, none of those nikkas can see Westbrook.

Tony Parker is the best PG in the game though. Kiss his rings and his Finals MVP trophy.
