Love GZA but OBFCL has claim to being the greatest Hip Hop album of ALL TIME right up there with Illmatic and Ready To Die. It's certainly the most cinematic and it's the greatest Mafioso album ever released. Raekwon was stomping mud holes in nikkas whole career that album age lyrycakky, he stayed right up to par with Ghostface on the whole album, and Ghost is a top ten lyricist.

as far as singles/hit songs goes...
whether its da streets; in da clubs ; at parties ; videos on tv/cable or the all most inportant factor from dat era 'radio play' -biggie had the best year in the history of hip hop
He also won lyricist of the year at the Source Awards making Nas change his outlook on life

agree with you completely but I think Liquid Swords belongs in that same sentence as well

and lyrically speaking GZA wiped the floor with everyone that year
