:scust:and :mjpls:at the same damn time
Although, in fairness, Just Lose it was somehow 100 times worse.

na man even the previous Eminem stan in me couldn't get with that song.....mind you I was like 12/13 when Just Lose It came out so my fully developed brain could detect the corniness early.

But this song does have that kinda humour that's a little weird to me but Em killed the flows on this beat and the beat bangs too. Video used to be entertaining for me as well lol.

That's the age range of his fan base.

I remember being that age and thinking eminem was the best rapper ever.

That's who most his fan base caters to.

yeah but I also see it like this: the dude is one of the most talented rappers ever and had a prime run that ANY hip-hop fan should be able to appreciate whether they can get down with the song content or not. His SSLP (from the EP even) to TES run was incredible.

On top of that, he did have some songs that are worthy of listens e.g. Stan and the usual suspects. But also people complain about his humour but will listen to Redman or Biz Markie or whoever idk. I know it's not the same level but you shouldn't look at every single song and think "can I relate to this? Does it mean something?" etc.

The cool thing now is to deny Eminem and it's a little strange. He doesn't appeal to me much anymore if at all, but his place in the first tier of hip-hop is cemented to me. That can't change.

He was considered. I didn't think he'd get any votes. What was the single from that album?
