I'll do a raw count-up but then also the weighted system one at the end of this whole thing, and 90-92 will have higher weighting than the 1.0 base since those years were more competitive

I think we'll group the weighting into like 5-6 different categories of years

until maybe 2.0

or we can expand the scale to 3.0
