Lupe Fiasco and it's not even close, imo.

The Cool was a magnum opus and really one of the few albums of the past decade that I can say will stand as a classic that stands the test of time. Songs like Dumb it Down, Gogo Gadget Flow, the Cool, Intruder Alert, Little Weapon and Hip-Hop saved my life are era defining.

Jay-Z is 2nd though, loved American Gangster.
