You gonna ignore my reply to it:usure:
What this??
As you'll see from the videos (we've produced one per platform since head-to-head gameplay doesn't really make sense), the game isn't operating at a locked 60FPS, however - frames are dropped when special moves are activated and the view zooms in for a more dramatic effect.
You know the difference between locked and capped fps?? Locked means the framerate won't ever drop below 60 while capped means 60fps is the highest the game will go. The same article said the framerate never wavers during gameplay. The part you emphasized says the frames are dropped on purpose when special moves are activated i.e. the quick zoom in to dramatize the KO move. This effect literally lasts less than 5 seconds during a moment where there is no input necessary from the player.

You know this stop spinning the article. You bringing that up is like someone saying a game isn't truly 60fps because the fmv's are 30fps i.e. Street Fighter story mode intros. :smh: You're better than this. Why the heck do you debate like this :mindblown:. You try and go off on a tangent and focus on something small just to form a flawed conclusion. "Oh no game is truly 60fps on PS4 because frames are dropped at 20:24 into the story mode!". Going by that logic Ryse isn't even truly 30fps because it's not locked as proven by this video.

Guess Ryse isn't a true 900p 30fps going by your logic. It's mostly 28fps.
